Living in God's Purpose
I just wanted to thank each of you for your prayer for our time at CECL. We returned yesterday evening after a time of worship and learning. It was good to be in the beautiful setting to be inspired and spend time seeking God’s presence in our lives and church. I have been and will continue to pray for each of you. Much can happen when we pray and I call each of you to spend time in prayer, building your relationship with Jesus Christ and seeking God’s purpose and plan for your lives. We were created to love God and life each day in this same love as we express our love to God and others around us.
The word of God says, “Even before the world was made, God has already chosen us to be His through our union with Christ…because of His love. God had already decided that through Jesus Christ He would make us His children – this was God’s pleasure and purpose.” Ephesians 1: 4-5 (GN)
I invite you to live in God’s purposes this week and to open your life to love Him and others around you.
