Welcome our New Staff Member
We are excited to announce that Rev. Bryan Sweeney has been hired as Director of Discipleship and Assimilation. Bryan brings a variety of experiences to his ministry here at Pea Ridge. His experience will bring new ideas to our congregation and a depth of insight and leadership that will help to move our mission and vision forward. Bryan will begin his ministry here at Pea Ridge immediately.
His role will include working with a team of church members to design and implement a system of moving first time guests into fully integrated (assimilated) members of our church. He will also be working on the design of our Adult Discipleship plan for the future.
This is an exciting time in the life our church. I pray that you will stand behind Bryan as he implements new ministries and strategies to further our vision. Welcome to Bryan and his wife Melanie!
