Forsaken

"Forsaken." This is a concept none of us wants to experience. To be rejected and despised. And yet, Jesus willingly took our place of being forsaken by God, so we could accepted by Him. We will examine the final statement of Jesus on the cross, and then remember his sacrifice for us as we observe communion together.
